Description
Black and white image of ocean waves with Rocky Balboa quote that says " It ain't how hard you hit... it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.
I have loved this quote since I first heard it in the Rocky movie. I always found Rocky movies to be inspirational and passionately written about the things Rocky loved and valued. You always seen the good side of humanity through the world of boxing. I became a forever Rocky and Sylvester Stallone fan.
The 3 images were sequenced in the order taken, seconds apart from each other. Starting at the top image and finishing at the bottom one. The text and border around the images is in the color black. Waves were photographed at Bay Head Beach, located in New Jersey, while Hurricane Lee past by NJ's coast, out at sea. The original color photographs were brought together to create a collage and converted to black and white. The black text wording was than applied to complete this digital art image.
About Rocky (the movie)
Rocky
1976 film directed by John Avildsen
Rocky is a 1976 American sports drama film directed by John G. Avildsen and written by and starring Sylvester Stallone. It is the first installment in the Rocky franchise and also stars Talia Shire, Burt Young, Carl Weathers, and Burgess Meredith. In the film, Rocky Balboa, a poor small-time club fighter and loan-shark debt collector, gets an unlikely shot at the world heavyweight championship held by Apollo Creed. Rocky entered development in March 1975, after Stallone wrote the screenplay in three days. It entered a complicated production process after Stallone refused to allow the film to be made without him in the lead role; United Artists eventually agreed to cast Stallone after he rejected a six figure deal for the film rights. Principal photography began in January 1976, with filming primarily held in Philadelphia; several locations featured in the film, such as the Rocky Steps, are now considered cultural landmarks.
